Paypal Charge Back
Hi I would like to ask credit card charge back on Paypal. Does how the procedure looks like?
I recently subscribed to "Nicholas No Limit Copy" membership but I have been waiting for three weeks and NONE of my sales letters requests in three weeks ago came out!
I keep chasing Nicholas, but he seems he doesn't bother. So I have to request for a refund and possibly a charge back from the credit card company if he fails to respond again.
