The hell of choosing a payment terminal from a thrid world country

This is a bit of a whining post, but most of all I'm writing it in hope that someone can help me. I'm trying to set up a payment terminal on my new website. Simple, right? Well, no.

First of all, I don't have a Paypal account because Paypal doesn't work in my country.

Second, a lot of the other companies I've looked at only work with American citizens (Propay, Paylinedata, Payleap etc).

Third, Payza declined me because of 'high risk' which is completely ridiculous, it's a small online game where I need a gateway for players to buy in-game items!

The ones that did accept me (Moneybookers) require me to send a group of documents about my company - which doesn't work for me, because I don't have a company. It's a stand-alone site which is new and won't make much profit, do I really need to be registered as a real-world company to run it?

Some others I looked at were obscenely expensive for my means, I can't expect the site to make much money at first and I can't afford to pay any huge setup fees and then further large monthly fees.

Now, there's two big ones I haven't tried: Authorize and 2Checkout. I saw that 2checkout had a lot of bad review regarding chargeback, and Authorize's prices are just around the top limit of what I'm willing to spend ($100 setup fee, $20 monthly). Besides, I don't know if either would accept my business.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Surely a lot of you deal with these issues, or have dealt with them at some point? If you know a company that isn't too expensive or too strict with merchant criteria AND accepts non-Americans, please share. Other than that, if you have any outside-the-box ideas, I'd love to hear those too.

How about Google Checkout? Surely a company like Google who work in every country of the world would work with you?

Google Checkout is actually one of the most restrictive ones, they only allow merchant accounts in a handfull of countries:

Have a look at Digital River's CCNow. It seams they accept paypal to their account. I heard about them earlier but I don't know if they are good. They are cheap.

      I never heard of dalpay...

You'll hardly find anything comparable to PayPal that works well. Everybody have paypal account. Montenegro is one of few countries you can't even pay with credit card through paypal. Moneybookers is ok, I don't know why they asked for company info. Usually they just ask for copy of passport or your government issued ID card. Try to talk with them. Or maybe to sign up with Payoneer through some affiliate network...
