Does anyone know where is the best place to buy targeted list traffic for "love making advice" niche (lightly put)?

I'm currently running on PPC and CPM campaigns but I want to test out from individuals qualified lists. Any thoughts or suggestions?

    If you can afford it join directoryofezines, you should be able to find plenty of ad swaps there or you could go to the JV section of this forum and post a request for list owners in the adult advice niche
