Warrior forum service providers (articles, back links) do you use any project management software?

Hi,

I just wanted to know,

for those people that provide any services on warriorforum, whether that be seo, article writing, design ect, which project management software or tools do you use (if any) to keep things in order and keep on top of dealing with a number of clients.

Really looking forward to your replies

Thank you in advance.

You know, when I was freelancing I looked high and low for the right type of project management software to keep track of everything. But I found almost all of it was either too complicated, too basic, or too restrictive.

So in the end I just kept coming back to a free piece of software called Total Organizer:

Total Organizer : Store your contacts, tasks and notes - all in one, divided into categories

I used it via a quite simple system:

I setup a series of folders representing the status of each project. So things like "In discussion", "Scheduled", "In Progress", "Awaiting Feedback", "Revision" and "Complete".

For each project I would create a new "Task" on the schedule, and I would add it on the date it was going to begin through to when it was due for delivery.

I would add notes to this task as to the client's contact details, and the specifics of the project.

Then as the project went on, I would simply drag and drop it from one "status" folder to the next.

Once a week I backed up the whole thing using the in built backup tool, and the system worked perfectly for me for years.

The evil Google empire has provided ManyMoon to all of its minions for free. I use it. I'm a minion, I guess.....
