using adwords for site with adsense

Hi everyone,

I have a question about adwords. I would like to promote the site in my signature through adwords, but I was wondering if that would be a problem as I use adsense on certain pages of my sites. It wouldn't be on the page I would promote but on others. Would google have any problems with that?

I use to do this specifically on purpose about 3 years ago (when I had a lot of content sites with adsense) to make money with adsense...it's called arbitrage or click flipping....It's was a little tricky though you had to make sure you were doing your keyword research properly so as to not pay more in adwords clicks than you would in adsense earnings....

I have not tried it in a while and I think Google has since made it a little more difficult to make a profit from doing this...

I would be curious if the Adsesne / Adwords arbitrage idea is still alive and kicking and profitable.

You must try it for several months in order to know if it would affect on your earnings. If it does then stopped it.

It not a problem at all, as long as your content is unique and original.

Thanks everyone for your answers. I'm going to see for a couple of weeks if it affects my earnings and ranking (my site is on page 1 for my main keyword in google). I'll let you know if anything changes.
