Hello, a few days ago I bought on Godaddy Auction a PR1 domain with these keywords:

Best Selling Biz

What will you open on this domain?
I was thinking on something who can be ok with IM... but no ideas pop out.

It looks to me like:

Best selling biz - would be a great product review site for business opportunity products in any niche.

IM, real estate, forex, etc.

That's what the "search implies".

sell it! Then you can take the money and invest in what you want or buy another one and repeat the process.

Or you can just put a few articles up, build traffic and adsense and THEN sell it.

No sense is wasting time on something you are only interested in for a profit. Make the profit and move on.

I would sell it.
