Don't laught at me for being excited over $1.30, this is the motivation I needed.

No one would laugh at the amount. What's important is that you got a conversion. That means you did something right. Just duplicate that and you'll have more conversions. Congrats.

Congrats, I remember getting my first sale and it was exciting. Sounds like you have done a fair bit of work to set things up. Have you considered creating your own digital info product and trying to convert that traffic to a sale. You could be converting the $1.30 conversion to a $40. Just a thought.

I think its slightly early to jump directly onto the product creation band wagon!

Its no wonder the IM space is filled with rubbish if as soon as you make a $1.30 sale your an expert that wants to teach.

Lots of affiliates happily make their living direct as an affiliate and don't need to start selling low end offers or even higher priced info to get by.

In my own opinion it should be a few years of good solid experience before anyone considers even touching product creation. To many captains and no ones steering the ship if you get what am saying!

Here's a little advice!

Instead of sending the traffic from your video directly to the vendor's site send them to a landing page/squeeze page and capture them as a lead for future campaigns then send them to the vendors site.

This way you can market to them on a regular basis and your not just handing over your one asset in IM over to the vendor which is the BUYING CUSTOMER.

I realize you aren't going to paying the bills with 1.30
but:
1) you actually now have a live test that your process has a chance
2) you can start thinking of ways to scale it up and get more traffic
3) you have an opportunity with that traffic to build a list... so traffic isn't just transient and one time only.

Despite what you read on here, I have a feeling a lot of people are spending more money on IM than they are earning... So $1.30 is a good start.

I've gone well beyond that now, and it really feels quite good when things are ticking along on autopilot and you find you pick up $100, $200, or occassionally even $1000 in a day.

It just takes some time and know how.

You can do it!

I remember when I got my first order on Fiverr.

I created that short report while I was at my grandmother when she was ill. I took my netbook and I decided to create something fast. Well, it took me two hours but finally I created it. The first order came a week later.
