Problem between Open Office and Office

I use Open Office to convert my documents into PDF format ready for distribution, and it works incredibly well.

The problem is that when I open the doc source file in MS Word the formatting comes out differently. Sometimes the first line of the page goes back onto the previous page for example.

Now for me this isn't a problem, but I'm about to start supplying PLR eBooks, and obviously I am giving my customers the source document. Now I know most people still use MS Office so if the formatting appears wrong then it isn't going to look very professional.

Is there any way around this? I notice that in some PLR I have on my computer the source document looks exactly the same whether I open it up in MS Office or Open Office. How do I do this? :confused:

    It's probably the margin settings between the 2 apps. Try to set the open office one to match Word since that will be the prevailing app.
