Anyone got any experience with PayPal security certificate?

I can't buy a WSO cos "The seller accepts encrypted website payments only. You cannot pay the seller through un-encrypted buttons. Please contact your seller for more details."

I have downloaded my PayPal security cert and is downloads as .pem as required but when uplaoding to PayPal it uploads as a .txt so won't be accepted..

Can anyone help???

    That is a little odd.
    Try contacting the seller and ask him what the deal is. Also, see if you can get him to create another button and send it to you directly.
