Are YouTube Video Tags hidden now?

I don't see the tags under any videos anymore. Any idea when these changes took place? Not like it matters but i'm just curious

    Youtube changed it few weeks ago. TAG are no longer visiable to public/user but they still exist in youtube. The reason for change as per youtube "too many people were copying other people's tags and spaming"
