  You don't even qualify to run a WSO at this time since you are not a War Room member, so you're just basically asking the same question you already asked. Apparently no one knows or they would have answered it the first time.

You will automatically get a PM from admin when you can pay and your thread will be approved.

You also need to be a War Room Member to list a WSO.
