Help With my First Site Sale

Ok heres the deal, I have decided to sell all of my domains and websites that I am not using and am not planning on using in the near future.

This is the first time I have tried to sell a site and I can't decide if I want to just sell the domain or try to sell the entire site.

The site is:

Energyfromhome.com

I have made about $200 in affiliate commissions from the site in the last 8 months, but I never promote it and am getting out of clickbank.

The site has about 450 backlinks (yahoo) -Granted several of those are from my DP signature (where I started IM, stupid me)

Oh, a while back I also set it up for auto-blogging and link-building using Keith's "Another Automated Blog Tactic"

I just recently added adsense the adsense theme, but I have another, more premium looking theme (non-adsense) that is with it too.




I am asking here because I feel like this site is too crappy (it was one of my very first efforts in IM) to even bother paying to list it on sitepoint.

Everything it has seems like good selling points, but at the same time I know it is a pretty ugly site and with little content.

So I thought I would just list the domain for sale on site point as it is pretty keyword targeted.

dnscoop says the domain is with $120.


What do you guys think I should do?


P.S. admins I am really not trying to sell the site here on WF just trying to get some advice. I apologize if my post sounds salesy I just wanted to give the relevant info.
