Best Popup for Subscriptions and Buying through Clickbank

1) I'm kind of torn between purchasing popup domination/optin skin/actionpopup.

Thoughts?

I may buy 2 because I need a wordpress version and a non-wordpress version (though I realize popup domination can do both).

2) I see that at least a couple can be purchased via clickbank. Is it possible to buy these under ones own referral link and then get $$ back?
