I'm a little gun-shy when it comes to posting in a well established forum such as this one.

I would like to start my first post with a quick introduction...

I just activated my Clickbank vendor account today to sell my digital product. Now, I know there is a lot of discussion here about Clickbank, good and bad. I actually did not want to sell my product on Clickbank; personally when I think of Clickbank the first word that comes to mind is SCAM.

The reason however I choose to sell my product on Clickbank was because my current "homemade" affliate program was not sufficient.

So now I need to change my mindset about Clickbank. Does anyone have tips on how to cleanse this negativity I have about Clickbank so I may become a profitable and happy vendor on their site?

Hi tmursch,

Welcome to the Warrior Forum.

As for your question: Nothing beats few nice-sized checks for getting rid of negative feelings.

Frugal, ClickBank is a great place to market your product... The problem is getting affiliates to promote it... You really need to supply them with the tools and resources to market with. Like text ads, emails etc.
It's a very competitive market and most affiliates are kind of lazy...They don't want to deal with all of the hard work that goes into marketing an inexpensive product. Good luck to you... I checked out your sales page and it looked good.

Welcome to the Warrior Forum!

And to get rid of negative thoughts about ClickBank? I personally have never had any bad experiences with them, as well as thousands upon thousands of other people.

ClickBank has only has its bad reputation from a few people, and this reputation is mentally transferred due to the fact that humanity loves to dwell in negativity.

Also, because ClickBank is so commonly used, there's got to be at least a few complaints which get passed around.

In summary, ClickBank rocks. Don't worry about it

- James.

I Sell alot of products out of ClickBank. I love to affiliate market! i have never had a bad experience with ClickBank.

Unfortuneately, the people who have had some bad blood with them are people who maybe don't understand how they operate.

Read the terms and you will not have any problems. It is very straight forward.

If you need some help, find a training for marketing, it could greatly help you.

I suggest videos is possible, it is easiest to watch and understand.

Hope this helps
JoAnn

It's ok to address me as Froogle, I consulted with a patent attorney about the name before I created my product. As for your feedback about ClickBank affiliates being "lazy" I took your advice and have begun developing an affiliates page with what you mentioned.

It's not that enticing yet, but it will be! I'm using the Earth4Energy affiliates page as my "affiliates marketing guide". Can you say silver platter?

Hi Tmursch:

Welcome to the forum. Here is what you can do about the negative connotations about ClickBank. Stay impartial in the center of the line. Keep accurate records every step of the way with ClickBank and all that involves your product. Document any situation in your files and if you have an issue come up please email and call them. Always have notes you can refer to.

Best of luck, make a million.
