So I am traveling to visit a couple of places this week. On the drive I have been listening to some great life changing CD's. It was talking about some NLP stuff. Long story short years ago I bought a great NLP book called The NLP ToolBox. Anyway, since then I have switched computers, lost the old one to a complete crash, etc.
I emailed the writer, Colin, and explained I bought the book years ago and what had happened. I really didn't expect anything except a I'm sorry, please rebuy.
Instead I got a personalized email from Colin with the complete program attached. I really couldn't believe it. Talk about going above and beyond. As a result, Colin has a customer for life.
