I'm just a few weeks into blog flipping. I like it and am enjoying success with it. This one nagging thought in the back of my mind keeps popping up..... Who is buying the blogs? Or, more importantly, why are they buying them? Anyone here buy blogs on Sitepoint? Can you share what you do with them and maybe why you're not just building your own blogs? |

For me, as a Site flipper, most of the buyers fall into two categories (This statement is based on my experiences post-sale with them). -- Internet Marketers who are basically looking for a blog to plug' n' promote their affiliate products. -- Those new to the Internet who don't know the creation process -- they'd just buy these kinds of blogs. Finally, Why they buy it? Just as I said, they may not want to go through the hassle of creating it all -- and just get a premade solution for them. Many people LOVE pre made solutions that they can just plug n' make money with some promotion. It's just like Why do people get into memberships that give them products on a monthly / weekly / regular basis -- just because they won't have to put into the effort in creating it all, and just market it and make some money. :-) That is a mere observation... What I've seen. |

Yeah, this is pretty much spot on. Some people like to outsource everything, which is great if you can afford it. Quote:

I've bought a few blogs and websites. It just makes sense to outsource or buy quality sites once you have the capital available to do so.
