There is a popular Warrior who sells solo ads, amongst other things, that continually and relentlessly spams me from many different email addresses and many different names.

I have unsubscribed from Aweber which was the original signup, but apparently he exported my details and either shared them with others or has a bunch of accounts all over the place because the unsubscribes do no good. I have unsubscribed multiple times from legitimate companies like Iminicamail only to have a new source of spam the next week from somewhere else.

This is a tagged email address used to get a free download. That's the most expensive (time wasted due to trying to get off this guy's list) free download ever and I don't even remember what it was now!

For example today it may be from Mike at some mail server and tomorrow from Frank at another mail server and next week from "New cash Deposit" from somewhere else. All to the same tagged email address (actually there are 3).

Today it was from Aweberx.com. The whois information is hidden but it looks like the domain name was created in the last couple weeks.

Does anyone know if this is related to the legitimate Aweber.com?

I'm going to start reporting to the people they are promoting. This morning it's for Russell Brunson through Clickbank (neither of them are involved or know about this spamming - the spammer is promoting Russell as an affiliate).

I got it too. No connection to the real Aweber.

At some point, since it is a tagged email, I would create an email filter and either bounce the messages back or automatically delete them.

Or forward them to Aweber's abuse desk... They might find the ammo useful.

Definitely fits the description of a very active spammer.

If the email you are using is a gmail. create a link filter and type all the 3 tag emails in the "FROM: " section, you can include all 3 by using | as seperator and on the next step make sure you check the delete it button and here you go.. all emails coming from these emails will be immediately deleted.

You can also apply it to the previous emails if you do not want to go 1 by 1 into deleting them.

    I hope that helps.

The aim of marketing is to make selling superfluous. The aim of marketing is to know and understand the customer so well that the product or service fits him and sells itself.....

aweberx.com has nothing to do with AWeber.com. Our team is already pursuing take downs.

I have had to deal with the same issues with this e-mail address support@aweberx.com & many different names AND on 2 of my e-mails, not just one. I contacted Ryan Deiss because his name showed up too. He says he looked into it weeks ago.

I'm just late getting to this as I've had a lot going on.

I wanted to make sure 100% it was spam before I cleared it all out.

OP, you should know that you are NEVER supposed to unsubscribe from spam. That only tells the spammers your e-mail account is alive & well & like you saw, it increases your spam.

    Thanks

Besides one time on one account (I have three email accounts involved in this) I was unsubscribing through legitimate companies like Aweber. They always honored the request and the emails stopped coming through their servers.

Tom, several months later it looks like your efforts didn't work because I'm still getting the Aweberx mail too.

I see too that you are still supporting this scammer by allowing him to continue using your services on the initial setup. Disappointing.

Sorry Mark, I didn't realize you had unsubscribed thru an Aweber link.

Aweber really should not allow companies that spam to exist on their server.

Isn't it in their T&C? It should be.
