Where can I get the pictures?

Hi,

I want to start a new blog, it's sexyathletegirls.com.
First of all, that's not porn. I want to post pictures and videos with hot female athletes.
My question is, where did I get the content?

Videos from YouTube, but where can I get pictures?
I think I cannot take pictures from a google search, right?

I was thinking about flickr, because there is an embed code for the pictures.

Is that legal and are there othere ways to get content for my site?

Thanks

you can grab stock photos. paying for them would probably be your best bet as they would be better quality in terms of what you're looking for. check shuttershock or istockphoto. might find what you're looking for.

you can take images from google search, but, you have to make sure you have the rights to use them.

You can go on various sports forums like bodybuilding.com,etc and ask the people over there if you can use their pictures.

Also you can create a fb page and asks people to submit their pictures..

There are many other creative ways to get pictures over the internet for free. No need to buy them. Cheers...

      thanks so far.

But what if I want to post pictures of real olympic athletes?
I cannot find pictures of them on a stock site.

Did I understand it right, if I get an embed code for the picture, like flickr, I can put it on my website?

Like much of the advice handed out here, that bit is almost right. If you use the advanced search function on flickr, you'll see a filter option to only include photos posted under the Creative Commons license. Abide by the license (usually just attribution and a link back to the flickr page counts), and you should be fine.

If you want to be more conservative (and I do), tick the box for CC licenses which permit commercial use.

ok, found some pics on flickr with creative commons license.
          These license include attribution.
          How can I do that?
If I embed the picture I can click the picture back to flickr and as a mouse over the name of the photographer appears.

          Is that enough?

          Thanks

That's enough unless there are special instructions on the photographer's flickr page (very rare).

Be careful with the copyrights and legal terms.. that might get you into trouble ... there are some cases though that the picture is shown as a preview and only zoom is allowed ... of course, the image is stored somewhere so for example if u use chrome browser, you can right click and inspect element and search through the code from where they fetch the image ... then you copy that link into a new tab/window and you have the picture.. but again, be careful of the copyrights or you might end up with troubles

try doing something else, you are just copying content . if you can make original photoes and videos you'll get much much higher traffic and ranking in search engines . but if you don't, you better invest on something you can make original content for It
