Nope.

Nobody clicks on fan page links.

There's a study on this.

As your number of fans gets high, your link clickthrough rates start to get absurdly low.

  Facebook is still behind Google for my blogs but I'm seeing the referral traffic increasing steadily.
  
  I have not personally tried the ad platform but from what I've read optimizing your image and ad text according to your audience demographic is very powerful in not only driving traffic, but also to boost conversions.
