Hi Fellow Warriors,
Can you tell me, what does SNS means? I was talking to a buyer about the job of their live chat support at their eCommerce site. They asked me if I had any experience with SNS? Now, I can be very dumb but I've searched Google for an answer. Seems like I'm slipping something in here, can you guys shed some light on this? Thanks in advance!

      That can be but what's the resemblance with live chat option for an eCommerce site? I've not used it ever, though tried once with the payoneer but the experience was horrible. I would better stick with a FAQ, that solves a lot of general queries. And for your information, the FAQ Page content was written by me. I know that will be a lot of help for the users but only at the beginner level. Live chat must be for specific clients, who really wants to buy the product and has some kind of queries. I hope you get my point here. But thanks anyway for the reply, let me know if I've made my question real clear or not.

        Thanks Chase Watts, I think this is it, where was I when Google had this + operator, I must've lost my mind. But thanks buddy.

        I think I can talk them into that social media marketing thing, but my experience in social media marketing is close to nothing. So I may pass on that but I'm writing the contents for them. That will be good enough for now and in the mean time I'm working on my service site. Once the site is ready, I'll start promoting the site and hopefully I'll get some clients from there as well.

    SNS means Social Networking Service as far as e-commerce is concerned. I asked our writers if they have possibly written an article about the same topic. Luckily, few of them did. So there's the answer to your questions, mate.
