the answer to the "make money online" dilemma?
i think much of the problem new internet marketers or even those who have been around a while and haven't seen as much success as they would like is because they are searching for an answer to something...
how many searches makes a niche profitable
how much does it cost to do pay per click
what kinda plugins should i use on my blog
how many articles should i write
do backlinks still work
every day i am asked these questions on my sites and its interesting to many that i don't have an answer... no one does unless you FIRST know what you are doing and what market you are tackling.
see if i know i am going for the word... "easy coin tricks" and this is the only thing i need to determine the answers...
how many searches makes a niche profitable - well this niche has about 880 exact match searches per month plus some sub words. assuming i get that much traffic and average $0.23 per visitor... the site will make about $200 a month.
how much does it cost to do pay per click - in this market i can get traffic for 5c per click or less because there are no people bidding on it. however i would recommend using youtube and a blog with the keywords in the domain. note: google always tells you what they want for a specific niche.
what kinda plugins should i use on my blog... depends on what i am offering and how i want to structure it. for now just build it and pay attention to the market. this market is very visual and video oriented... so that kinda theme and structure would work well.
how many articles should i write - 0 because there are no article sites popping up in the top pages of google AND video is on the front page.
should i do backlinks... no i think this niche is easy enough without them. set it up, see if it ranks first then think about that. by the way i would rather have one good directory listing than 100 backlinks.
and on and on we go...
moral of the story... there is no one answer... you gotta pick a direction and let it guide you...
