Adsense Application on a brought Website

I am planning to buy my friends website cause my website failed being approved in adsense..

So I will a much better website of my friend.

My question is... my friend's website is running adsense before but she says that if i buy her site, she will remove all of her codes so that I can apply for adsense using her site.

Is that really possible?

Applying for google adsense using a website that runs adsense before..

Btw, the website she's selling to me is not the website she used to apply for google adsense before.

    Again - yes that's ok.

    When they approve you, you are allowed to put Adsense on any site you own. But don't be tempted to put it on the site they turned down because clearly, in some way it goes against their TOS.
