Affiliate scheme suited to X Factor audience?

Anyone got any ideas for an Affiliate scheme suited to X Factor audience? I'd like to monetize a site based on X Factor reviews... Amazon is okay but I wonder if there is some other idea out there...?

    Another X Factor Fan, haha.

How about some Clickbank products on how to sing better, I've seen some of those. Maybe some Karaoke products would also work. You could find some on Clickbank, or look on Amazon for Karaoke machines etc. Just get creative, I could think of loads.

Thanks - I did actually search Clickbank before but I musta used a crap search term cos I found nothing... found a couple of good ones now - quick question: do the links get generated differently by Clickbank now> I don't see the usual hop="username" any more?

There are two ways to create a link, you can drop your username in the link but then people can steal your commissions easier by seeing and replacing that code with their own, or generate the encrypted link through Clickbank which is a load of letters and numbers at the beginning to offer further protection.

Yep - I used to do the one with my username as you mention and it always used to give a link that ended in hop="DoubleOhDave" (not my real one) but this time it doesn't. I haven't used it in a while so am just wondering is the way it works now relatively new? i just ask cos it looks different than before and don't want to lose out if something has changed that I haven't been aware of?

          Thanks for your help!

I add another layer to protect those links usually by buying domains, creating subdomains or using free domains, and then cloak that hoplink by forwarding those domains to the clickbank link in CPanel. Or you could use the PrettyLinks plugin for Wordpress, Im sure that cloaks as well.

I heard that selling beats for rappers can make a good income, but other than that I don't think that you should focus on the x factor audience, but to focus on the general music reality shows audience, it's bigger
