Article Marketing Question

This is a two part question.

1. I have just started a new blog a three days ago and it was indexed in bing and yahoo in the next day. Google is being a little bit more stubborn. I ping all my posts and the main site. I also am doing facebook stuff and have bookmarked in stumble upon with quite a few accounts. I have added it to google fetch and added my sitemap. I also added my feed to about 50 feed readers.
How long does google usually take to index?

2. So when sending articles to ezine and many other places should I use the same exact article with the same wording and send it to the article directories or should I manually spin it to some level of uniqueness? Also should I wait to start article marketing until my site and the blog posts have been indexed so that google knows I was the first one to post it on my site?

Thanks for your help.

You should spin manually the articles after approved by ezine for mass article marketing. Take a note that the articles should be written penguin proof. youblog site should have a proper onsite SEO with generating sitemap.

    It varies greatly.

If you put a link to it in your sig-file here, that might help, because Google indexes this site almost continuously. Decent-quality backlinks are widely said to be better than notifications, pinging, and the other tricks that people try. But if you have to wait patiently, it's better to wait patiently than try spammy/automated/mass backlinks in desperation. And don't touch those "We get your site indexed quickly" services on Fiverr (because they can get it penalized quickly, too!). :p

    Yes.

Don't re-write it, because that would effectively be giving EZA (and others) initial indexation-rights to content not previously published, which is a bad thing to do. This is really fundamental to article marketing, but huge numbers of people, apparently, don't quite appreciate it and will doubtless mistakenly advise you exactly the opposite. That can't be helped. This thread (worth a slow, careful, read) clarifies the point in some detail: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...marketing.html

Yes. Absolutely. Definitely. No question of "different interpretations" about that one, I think. http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...eza-first.html

This is just utter nonsense: there's absolutely no benefit at all from doing that, at all, but there can be several disadvantages.

Thanks Alexa, I was thinking this was the correct way to do it, but I just wanted to be extra sure. I appreciate your help!
