Where's an outsourcing site for Software Experts?

hi,

is there a BETTER site to look for software developers?

i have already tried elance, rentacoder, and scriptlance, and gurulance...

but i remember there was ONE other site (even John Reese)
recommended in his course in TS2...

does anyone know?
