Definitely get rid of the background image.

Don't let the site's appearance worry you as much as it's content. As a content supplier that could be a very important factor. Several points of contact are flawed. Simple things such as "blogs content" instead of "blog content" hit me in the face right off and I was on the site less than a minute.

I have a couple of questions.

There's nothing on your site that shows me that I'm getting original content. How would I know? I would be nervous to buy from you.

I would have to say that your menu bar is to cluttered. When looking at it I have to concentrate to see what I want. ALWAYS remember that a customer doesn't read your page they skim your page. If your page is to hard to skim and they don't see exactly what they want to see without skimming or they get confused then they will just click away.

I do like the format of the site in that you have those 3 boxes showing your content. I do like that.

The flashing PLR ARTICLES in red is very distracting and I personally don't like it.

I like the call me on skype piece on the bottom of the page but I would recommend that you put that high up on the page. I have seen other people make that work in their favor because people just want to talk to people and that is a good idea. But in saying that you should put a picture of you there because saying "talk to me on skype" tells me nothing about who you are and why I should talk to you. For all I know I am getting an employee from some where who really cannot answer my questions and that would deter me from calling.

I think that that is all I have to say.
But in saying everything that I did, I really like the idea. Especially if you can support it. This is a great idea because I am always looking for good content. Good luck and all the best to you.

I strongly suggest you outsource many aspects including the design, structure and layout, plus copywriting amongst others. That's if you want to look professional and be taken seriously.

Hmm... mate, rebuild your entire design...

I'd particularily advise you to:
-emphasize on brand
-create clear navigation links/buttons
-avoid using frames or anything similar that segments the site/navigation
-don't overuse images
-careful with colors!
-make sure user understands in 1-2 seconds what your site is all about
-make content easy to read/comprehend

Otherwise I don't see you as a complete beginner, as you seem to have programming skills. Or you hired someone? The left side codes seem to have been made by professionals...

There is so much to pick apart, but I'm not going to bother, because there is one point above all you need to address:

YOU DEFINITELY need to hire a writer to edit the writing on your pages. I personally would never purchase from your site. There are so many grammar errors I would not trust your content.

You know what the site is about but your visitors will be left guessing. You could actually make the site functional (would still need work) by simply adding a compelling headline telling people what you do and why they need you.
