I really NEED some serious feedback on this site.

OK forget all your manners here.
I need some brutal honest feedback here.

Basicalllyyy. I've recently finished up an IM membership site. I just want to hear ANY opinions whatsoever. Good or bad. Any help to push me in the right direction would be great.

I've improved the sales page a little, updated the site, etc.
What do you think of the $1 trial and having a set subscription time of 5 months?
A main problem is the price. What are your thoughts on the 47pm price tag? Should I lower it? To possibly $30... as that'd be $1 a day. Seems nicer put that way.

In other words.. if I was to promote this site to YOU. Would you consider signing up?

Here is the sales page

And here is the home page

Thanks in advance!

Membership Site for only $47 p/m
With $300+ worth of products, PLR content, exclusive interviews with experts, forum, etc. Get started for $1!
I don't have time at the moment to check out the pages, but one thing in your sig tells me that the stick time would be limited anyway.

Most people, I believe, would mentally round your $47/mo fee to $50 and mentally drop the '+' from '$300+', then do the arithmetic. The assumption would be that, even if the content was incredible, six months is the break-even point.

I'd be making a mental note that I had to cancel before then.

Of course, maybe that's what you had in mind when you planned to limit the membership to five months...

Haha.. i need to replace that sig. Bit misleading. Its every month that u get $300+ of products. And the set subscription time is 5 months... after that you have lifetime access.

Price is always the issue... tempted to lower it to 30pm.. but that would take a massive chunk out of my profits. :/

I agree with this. You have a LOT of text on your page.

When I was presented with the wall of text, upon loading your site, nothing grabbed my attention and I wanted to click away.

Also, get rid of any text like this:

Please bare in mind this site is still relatively new and I am constantly changing things around, adding new content, etc. You may see slight changes in design of this site over the few months or so. I will make a few surveys now and then so I can hear some feedback from you about what you think needs changing or improving.
Gives people the impression that they just purchased an unfinished product.

so I can hear some feedback from you about what you think needs changing or improving.
If you don't have confidence in your product, how can you expect your customer to? Getting feedback is great, but you shouldn't give the impression that you're unsure how to go forward.

      Hope this helps, Good luck.

For the sales page, I would say way too much content above the fold. You really should have a video or a picture or something to make people want to continue.

Major problem: the headline! Now that's a big topic in and of itself, don't be afraid to spend a few hours learning about headline writing, and even spending more time writing your headline than you spent writing the rest of your copy, your bottom line will thank you!

In addition to what Robert has said, I'd recommend breaking down the paragraphs in smaller chunks of text, they're very long!

More testimonials would be useful. Try to include pictures and locations of your testifiers, it helps prospects identify with them.

Other than that I think it's worth repeating the earlier sentiment that creating a video is what would make the biggest difference.

    Good luck

The biggest problem is with your home page. As already mentioned, the stuff under "Extra Notes" give the impression that the whole membership site is not finished and in a state of flux. That's hardly going to give any potential buyers a good feeling that they are buying a professional product.

Your headline is silly. People don't want riddles they want to know why they're on the site immediately or they'll click away. You need a real headline if you want to make sales. It needs to let the reader know the benefits of your program, which will keep them on the page long enough to find out what it's about.

Then you've got a whole bunch of nothing that follows. YOU NEED TO GET TO THE FREAKIN' POINT ALREADY! Look at this stuff. It's amateur hour:

Very Important! Before you read any further, be super sure that you have TURNED OFF your TV, closed the curtains, told your family members to keep the volume down, and if you listen to music often like me, turn it off for the next 5 minutes - because you DON'T want to miss the opportunity to become the next Internet Marketing Super Star!

Let us skip all the fancy sales & marketing gimmicks and get to the point.

I'm going to be honest and straightforward with you. Rest assured that it isn't going to be some fluffed up BS product sales page.

You talk about getting to the point and then you blather on with even more nonsense. This thing needs to be edited down to the pertinent stuff, the details the reader needs to make a decision. Don't feel badly. It's fixable.

Not only is the section above unnecessary blather, it could be actively harmful because it introduces negative possibilities the reader may not have been thinking until you brought it up.

"fancy sales & marketing gimmicks" - yup, thanks for the reminder, gotta watch out for those now.

"I’m going to be honest and straightforward with you." - you don't want to even hint that you sometimes aren't honest and straightforward. Kind of like a grifter telling his mark "trust me"...

"fluffed up BS product sales page" - this is kind of like those lame 'we hate spam as much as you do' lines near opt-in buttons. When someone is about to give you their email address, why would you even introduce the idea of spam? Here, you put the notion of "fluffed up BS product sales page" right on your freaking sales page?

You didn't f**ed up. It's a decent effort. It sucks to have strangers come and insult your baby. But these are not insults. It's constructive criticism. Now that you've got some feedback, make changes. Remember, less is more sometimes. Stay on topic.

Everything you write should be designed to accomplish something. Once you've revised it read every sentence and ask yourself, does this need to be here? Is there a better way to say this? Make a study of some successful sales pages. Stay with it. Good luck.

    SALES PAGE

To be honest when i see those types of sales pages i recoil immediately.

Same old tactics, same old boring text about how different your site is etc.

I read the first paragraph, scrolled through the rest and the only thing that popped out to me was that the page was made by using Optimize Press.

sorry but to me pages like that make me want to slit my throat.

Home Page - better, brighter and easy to navigate and understand. Still notice its made using OP straight away, perhaps a little more adventurous with colour schemes and layout although its very functional and will work for most people.

I haven't read the responses yet because I just wanted to tell you straight up. On the sales page: less words, more pics. Sales vid would be great but just words lost my attention quick.
It might be because I am at work, but your site loads a bit slow.

Just want to step in again and say what you're doing here is awesome, it's gonna help in a big way. You're taking a ton of brutal criticism in the name of good business, a lot of people online won't stretch that far. It's dedication like this that success is made of.

    1. very slow to load.

    2. it looks like you are trying to sell me with the site layout. I would highly suggest purchasing a theme

    3. looks like so many other IM websites, try to create something new

    4. too much information for one page, split it up into sections, add more pictures.

    good start!
