Clarification on Clickbank's New TOS - from Clickbank themselves!
Hi all,
Since this post will probably get lost in the other large threads already regarding the new Clickbank TOS, and since I think it's quite important, I've created a new thread:
Since most of us (or at least the non-lawyers among us) weren't 100% sure what the new TOS was about, I've asked Clickbank for clarification on the two major issues:
- Offering bonuses for affiliates to buy through your link
- Transfering Clickbank accounts to new owners
A quick summary: you can still offer bonuses, this point hasn't changed at all, but you still need to follow the existing guidelines. You can transfer your account to new ownership, and they're REMOVED the $50 fee for doing this. So in regards to account transfers, you're actually better off under the new TOS.
