    If you want to market ypur website and get of course some traffic you need to do some SEO. Inthis forrum you can find a lot of free or paid guide foe SEO.
    I can give you few TIPs
    fisrt choose your keywords wisely(you can related in this forum on how to do that)
    second get a lot of backlinks by commenting on blogs or using social media
    with hard work your site can be rank in the first page of google

    HI,
    First of all let me tell you that internet marketing is a long long way to learn. I would suggest you to hire any consultant or get some good internet marketing course from which you can proceed step by step.

    As you will work more and more, you will keep on learning the tactics. When I started, I knew very little about this internet marketing thing. Still after two years, I must admit there is a lot more to learn.

    Just to give you some quick helpful ideas:

    1. List out some big websites similar to the niche of your website or blog.
    2. Start commenting on those sites providing value and information. Do not spam.
    3. Try Guest Posting on those sites if possible.

    You can even try some paid means if you want some quick traffic for your website. But if you are new, I would suggest you to try the above things first. Thanks.

    Hi,

    you have to build traffic to your website. I personal used a coach, and started to stick to 1 thing at the time.

    Like many when I started to market on the internet, I tried to be on too many places at once. Sure it will take time, but a good coach and your commitment to spend this time will be a good start.

    I would be looking a making long term profits if you are looking to build a authority sites. The basics are always the same. Provide quality info, collect leads, get no. of subscribers, make a relationship with your visitors, promote products and make money.

    Don't just rely only on Google for traffic. They can send you nice no. of visitors. But, if you're just relying on Google for traffic, one algo update and you'll lose your business. So work on other forms of traffic too.

    If you already have a website with correct meta tags then you will need traffic. If you are short on funds then you can get free traffic by social media and classified ads.

    Greedy is correct. What works for one site or niche will not necessarily work as great for another. There are things in my niche for example related to hip hop that don't work as effectively as things in say, internet marketing, and so on. Once you determine your actual niche if you haven't yet done so, then you'll be able to do a bit more targeted research and get some ideas as well that will help you, in addition of course to checking out the forum here with some great info from the many experienced warriors here. Bottom line is, you'll have your heart (website) set up, but once you do, you then need to provide a blood flow (traffic) to keep the heart beating. Best of success to you!

    Website doesn't mean to be high graphic and animation. That will slow down your website. Most visitors don't like to wait. Mee too. Simple and eye catching. With opt-in is the best, so you able to share your useful tips and information through boardcast in future. If you got own product and affiliate to sell, just boardcast or send email to them through autoresponseder.
