How to know someones twitter followers are real or fake????

I'm thinking about buying a fiverr tweeting gig.I found a guy with good positive review.He put is twitter profile link in his gig description,.I checked it out.He has good number of followers.I want to ensure that he has real followers.Is there is any way to check someones twitter followers are real or fake?

    Go up to each follower and poke them with a stick. Or put the thinking cap on and realize that if they're being sold to you, they're not humans.

    even if they were humans, you have to ask yourself, if this guy has a gig on fiverr, then that means he is sending tweets everyday to his twitter followers with many different offers, and if they are receiving multiple offers a day what you do you think their state of mind will be toward this guy? Don't you think they will look at him as a spammer?

    I would bet that your click through would be extremely low.

    but hey, it's $5 so if you want to test it, then test it.

    One other point, twitter highly discourages tweeting promotions, and most people who are following someone who does this are quick to report it, so if this guy has a gig on Fiverr, and more than likely sending out multiple tweets a day, and is not being reported, then that tells you right their that they are probably all fake.
