Ebook/wso question?

I'm new to producing ebooks so please forgive me for all the questions.

I have a niche, they have a general problem that needs solving, I'm putting together an ebook with a ton of ways to help them, there is low competition (basically 20 or so books about this topic and most out date or not even close to really solving the issue), I have a ton of real life experience to add to the topic, and im in the process of getting interviews from a few experts in the field.

I will also be using click bank for affiliates which I will find by search for websites/forums/blogs with traffic that use Adsense but are most likely not making money.

I think of the guy that did truthaboutabs . Com book and feel the sky's the limit with these type of products.

I want to sell 5000 to 50,000 copies of this ebook/wso to this niche. Please let me know if I'm crazy or not for thinking this is possible or am I missing something ?

    Your not crazy for reaching for the sky and dreaming but the there is 1000 products a day that list on clickbank that the creators just thinks that affiliates are just going to promote it. Never happens . You might want to think about using your first product to build up your list in the niche and attract a big affiliate or two with big lists by offering a 100% commission and send them to a squeeze to enter your site in order o build your list ! That is what they did with Truth about abs. Then make your money on the back end. Find the traffic first then create a product around the traffic. Is that what you said you did. If so that a very good move. You will never succeed if you do not try something new . Right ! I say do it and so what if you fail that is how you learn and get better the next time. Great job good luck with it.

    If your niche ebook fills a need or sparks enough interest in peoples minds then it will sell and the number of copies you will sell will be based on where and how you promote it for sales, but the sky is the limit online and anything is possible, so I wish you much success and I for one am already intersted in knowing what your ebook is about

    maybe if you already put your product at clickbank you can share the link product so our dear wso friend can help to sell this ebook, if your product got a little competition i get interested to ptomote your product too

    The only way to achieve your goals is through trial and error. Nothing's ever going to be handed to you. Give things a go and you could find yourself at your goal. Best of luck. Remember, word of mouth is a powerful thing. If your product is any good, then you should be fine.

    no, it's definitely possible but if you never sold anything online yet, you just put a very high bar for your ebook. It's maybe better if you can partnering with someone who have more experience on selling ebook since there is more than just content in selling a successful product.

    You can sell these figures on Clickbank, but the WSO marketplace is probably not large enough (yet?) to be able to sell so many copies.

    Being a Clickbank vendor is tough - Don't believe anyone who will try to convince you about the opposite. Best thing you can do, I think, is hire a mentor who is a Clickbank expert.

      Hi,

      It's greate to feel to level of energy. Please make sure you keep it because it's so important to have it.

      Now let me give you some advice from the guy who made the most mistakes in th past and made more than $60000 in 6 months. I am not saying this to impress you but you must know that I have made all the mistakes that a online marketer can make an maybe more haha..

      1- Don't dump all your knowledge into a pdf and sell it as the ultimate solution because it is not. This may sound strange but people look for a magic bullit within your product that can help them resolve their problem quick, without any hassle.

      Ask yourself what their main problem is and create the question they create. Then turn it into an answer and create a magic bullit or formula. That's your gold.

      Selling more than 5000 copies is possible but not overnight. You will need to have a lot of affiliates. Start a WSO and you will see hwo many you sell. Nobody can tell you how much you will sell until you experience it.

      You make a good point. My fear is I'm putting to much info in it and it's becoming a novel. I have a background in IM (mostly for offline businesses) and the niche.

      People are writing books about the topic and blogging on it, but they have no idea what they are talking about. One guy makes a living off of righting books for this niche and you can tell he is just putting whatever together and selling his books for $35 each. It makes me made because he is basically stealing money from people and not helping them.

      What I was thinking of doing was just finishing this really long ebook on the niche/topic as a whole and release them as volumes.

      Their are also a few people in this niche on clickbank and after researching their products only one of them seems to be on the right path. I may just benchmark his and add a little more value in terms of making it a series of ebooks instead of just one product...something to think about I guess.

      I heard that you can't sell a book on amazon for one price and on clickbank for a different price. Would it be possible to sell each volume on amazon for one price and sell the whole series on clickbank together for a higher bundle price?
