I must confess that I don't fully understand. However, something that reflects the business seems best to me; not funny but simple, like "Partner Widgets" or "Widget Partners", hence partnerwidgets.biz or widgetpartners.com.

Your description is a lot of jargon. Remember that the average person reads at a 9th grade level. Are you targeting only people that would understand all that you said above? Give us some benefits of your product. What can it do?

This may help us come up with some creative names.
