Was wondering why a thread was just removed that brought
up an issue about the handling of a support issue. Perhaps
the marketer in question was a friend or something to the
Moderator. It doesn't really matter, enough people are
familiar with the issue first hand.

However, it does bring up a point.

Many many years ago when I first started in IM, a well known marketer told me
that one of the main things to remember was to always handle support
issues in the proper manner regardless of how the other person approached
it.

He suggested a copy-n-paste reply list for those times you really wanted to blast
back at someone who probably deserved it.

In other words, hold your tongue and always be courteous.

    I deleted that.

No, I don't know the person in question, so stow the conspiracy stuff, please. The only purpose of your thread was to bash someone for the capital sin of telling another person, "Don't be a jerk." The actual technical issue had already been resolved.

    That stuff doesn't belong here.

And please read the rules. You'll see just how many of them you've broken during this short episode.
