Some times i get scared and frustrated on how difficult it can be working from home. I have always have one sincere question to ask the successful people that have started this kind of opportunity long time ago to tell me the truth. "Was is this difficult during your time?"

I am a PIPs, if you know what it means, its own an operated by one renowned entrepreneur, yet they will tell you that as far as advertsing is concern nothing is guaranteed.
Its so painful when you have a dream of working from home full time some day.

Soon i think i will strip myself of the name Warriorjohn1444 bcs i dont deserve it.
All i want to do is make money with my affiliate business. Who can show me a guarantee way that can give me just $150 within 5days.

    Hi John

    I appreciate your concern..

But you have to remain focused... do you have a chosen strategy in place to make money?...

If you have chosen the affiliate business model, then you should educate yourself fully in driving traffic to affiliate offers.

Spend some time around the forum to really soak up content about your chosen business model and then get stuck in. There are countless ways that you can go about an affiliate business.

I just wanted to drop in to say that there are plenty of warriors around who can help you and support you when you need it.. it might not be the easiest business in the world to get up and running, but it doesn't necessarily have to be hard either..

    I'm rootin' for you!

    Peace

    Hi John,

My wife tried PIPS for some time before she died in 2007. She had no visible success despite following the promotion instructions. There is a fundamental problem with PIPS and that is the site is distracting, offers too much choice and does not make a compelling offer to capture the visitor's contact information.

I suggest you look into "bum marketing," and a good place to start is with our fellow Warrior Steven Wagenheim. Do a search on his name here and read some of his writings. But see the next paragraphs before you decide what to spend money on.

There is plenty of no-cost material available on the "bum marketing" approach to internet marketing. You can use "bum marketing" with your current PIPS venture but, as you look into this, you will also get an idea what I mean in the first paragraph.

Many people discover that finding some niches, setting up WP Blogs reviewing a couple of good products in each niche (with links to buy, obviously), and then distributing some articles with links back to the blogs works well. There are a number of no-cost introductions to this, and you can niche hunt at no-cost with Word-Tracker, Google, and Microsoft Adlab http://adlab.msn.com .

You don't need to buy articles ... do a search, find a few on the topic you want, and then synthesize them into about 350-550 words. At first synthesis can be done by cutting and pasting, followed by re-writing what you have taken in your own words in order to emphasize your unique viewpoint.

Hope this gives you some food for thought.

    Best regards,

    Gren.

I've been marketing online since 1998, the short answer to the question in your title warriorjohn is no.

One reason? Way less clueless people in "those" days promoting everything under the sun, and competing neck and neck over EVERY DIME out there. There were folks doing so back in the day, but they were way less in number or level of desperation.

Having said that it wasn't a stroll in the park either.

You still had to follow the basic rules for succeeding online and probably a ton more rules you will discover along the way.

    Cheers

You may want to consider operating in niches that have nothing to do with showing others how to make money.

Do not judge your online business career by what happens to you in the IM niche.

    http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ed-others.html

In my experience it's 10x easier to make money serving people that do not want to make money online.

    Just my humble opinion.

    Hope This Helps!!

Ps. What ever you do - do not give up.

Take a break for 7-10 days or whatever - but don't give up.

You're like the guy that gave up and sold his gold claim when he was only 3 feet from a big strike - don't do it.

    Hi John.

I share your frustration. I think that due to all the hype we are subjected to through nearly every product offer we read about, it is easy to feel like a failure for not being successful within a couple of weeks. I have certain being guilty of this.

I have found that these grandious ideas lead me to lose heart too soon and try different avenues, and thus diffusing my focus. What has helped me is taking a step back from all this and trying to centre my thinking on the fundamentals of business.

I am not successful yet but my attitude is changing for the better and I think this is key to getting to where I want to be. I encourage you to continue on your journey and never give up. Hopefully both of us will have success stories to tell in a few months!

I think being an online marketer today is easier than it was five years ago. There are so many more tools available and so many more success stories to emulate.

I started online in earnest in '97. While competition may be more fierce in some areas now the general difficulty in the late 90's of running an online business can't be overlooked. I mean my town was one of the first in the UK to be able to have dual isdn internet access (164k) which cost me the costly sum of nearly $200 a month. Domains cost me $100 a go. Uploading a simple website could take a day and taking payment online was extremely difficult (if not impossible for many) as UK banks looked at all online businesses as a scam so wouldn't provide merchant services.
So consider yourself lucky you no longer need $5,000 plus just start now!

No of us have success straight away it is hard to begin with. Have you got a blog as it is a great place to write reviews about products that you are affiliating and of course writing lots of articles is a great way to get your name out here and it doesnt cost anything to do apart from time.

With articles you can go one way or another - write quality and bookmark/post social networks and have them in the search engines quickly.

On the other hand you can always use bum marketing and get lots of them out there or use PLR articles change them a bit as this is also a very quick method it is very easy to get lots of them out there at once.

here is some direct download links to some products that may help you out:

    http://www.dsm-publishing.co.uk/dl/d...ngarticles.pdf
    http://www.dsm-publishing.co.uk/dl/d...s/bumguide.pdf
    http://www.dsm-publishing.co.uk/dl/d...stbuilding.pdf

The bum guide i wrote myself after following the method for a couple of years to promote the websites i was selling via website flipping and it still works very well.

    Good luck

There are more resources available today than there has ever been, it's easier to buy traffic and accept payment and do all sorts of tracking and on and on.

The downside to the present time is there are tons of people teaching "how to make money" who have never done so themselves.

Ironically, you seem to be doing the same.

I know it's not going to be easy but I'm going to give it my best shot. My first goal is to earn enough money online to make my house payment. Stay at home work is the best for me.

      Congratulations on your 2000th post.

      I wonder how many noticed.

I quite my day job three years ago now. I can still remember asking myself if I was doing the right thing. I was already making money on the internet, but having the security of regular cash coming in was almost enough to put me off the idea of working from home.

Three years on, and business has never been so good.

You need to take a leap into the great unknown. One thing I always find to be true:
you'll be waiting forever for the right time.

    Good luck

One big problem I see in the IM sector is that it is not regulated in any way. Basically everyone can offer you the moon and the stars, claiming that they have made millions, etc.

But, we as consumers have the option to ask for the so-called refund, and if the marketer is honorable enough he/she would refund your money if the product is not what you need.

I have struggled a lot because my market is spanish-speaking, and there is a big resistance to buy online (most people would think you're a scammer or fraudulent company, even if you have send them 8 free bonuses already).

And the market is very young still for the hispanic market... Paypal has started to offer Spanish language option only since 1.5 years ago, and Mexican Peso currency payments since 1 year ago.

I would say it was just as hard three or four years ago. The learning curve is steep and once you get past the first bit it does get much much easier.

Eventually you will be able to make money every day with ease as long as you do the right things and put in a lot of hours.

Run it like a business. Even a fully operational jet needs a lot of fuel to take off from the runway before things get easier at altitude.

A formula one car in the pits has very heavy steering compared to on the high speed straight....
