Hi, why do you not take another niche?
Weight loss niche was very crowded of publishers. I think it has very high competition.

That's tricky since if I came up with a really good name I probably wouldn't want to share it. It might come in handy someday. You've only been searching for 2 hours. Keep at it and sleep on it and you might come up with some fresh ideas tomorrow.

i wouldn't get too worried about what keyword you target. i'd just worry about it being memorable. same with the content. don't worry about the keywords, and worry more about the topics people are interested in.

appeal to humans first, and the spiders will follow.

Domain does not matter a lot, but yes hosting does. Its all about how you carries your idea on your domain and how you market it. All healthcare and weight loss blogs and website not necessarily contain Weight Loss and Healthcare.
