Really basic image editor needed

I need a really basic image editor with a newbie friendly UI. I just need the basics such as rotate, resize and crop. So far I've downloaded 4 or 5 and they have a weird UI with too many features. Preferably something that works with xp and older systems.

    Paint.net that's quite a good one or you could use pixlr.com it's a server based one but is probably just what you need

    If that's all you need, just use Paint (not to be confused with paint.net) which is installed on your Windoze system.

    In most Windoze systems:

    Start => Accessories => Paint

        Gimp will do what you want easily. Rectangle select > image > crop to selection

        Or image > transform > rotate

        Why not just add a .com to it instead of using all that processing power?

    If you have Microsoft office installed you can Right Click the Photo and use the microsoft office picture manager or if using Office 2010 just do the same and choose Open with Microsoft office its the same program....very basic re-size,crop and rotate features.I like to re-size big photos with the program

    If you have Windows 7 then go download the "Windows Live" Update for free and then you can use the "Microsoft Office Picture Manager".
