How Much DO YOU Earn on Fiverr?

What's your average income on Fiverr per day?

Also, how long does it take you to do the gigs that you offer?

Ive done well, but it just depends on how much work you're willing to put in. You can do video testimonials for someones product or service which takes about 3 mins, unique sign holding 3 mins, basic web design- 1-3hrs...etc. but usually numbers are about $50-100 a week if you grind., but if you get to be a top seller thats another story.

I haven't made the first dime from them. I am not sure if they are a scam or if it is because I don't have a gig with them :-)

I have a friend that makes thousands per month with them. She does a lot of upselling though and that is where she gets her main money. She sells banner ad space to place on her website mostly and things of that nature.

Whoa, this is a smart move. So she's just using fiverr for her front and her main business is still selling ad spaces on her own websites. This way she can get money from her fiverr account until waiting for further clients. smart.

      Troy,

I can assure you Fiverr is no scam. I have not signed up to be a seller, but I have purchased a few gigs from Fiverr. Besides having great profile, a important thing I look for when purchasing a gig is their feedback/rating (which I am sure you already know). So, we have to get your ratings up. What types of gig are you offering? Can you let us know here and perhaps a few of us can buy gigs from you and give feedback based on our experience? I am still very new to this forum, so I am not quite sure what is and isn't allowed. At any rate, let me know what you think of that idea.

I don't personally use fiverr any longer to make money online but I know a couple of folks who pull in a couple hundred dollars per month just from fiverr alone.

My best sellers are youtube views/likes/favs/subs/comments.

I also sell a ton of soundcloud plays/reverbnation plays.

For anyone that wants to start it is a simple as getting a good piece of software and going to town

I know a friend boasting about making $500 a month doing back-link business. this guy told me that he is using some kind of automatic back-link maker. so many desperate people looking for quick traffic. in the end, the fiverr gig that they paid is basically just a spam. they pay people to spam other good Samaritan's website.

I just became Level 1 and am getting about $10-20 a day with only one gig up... but its becoming too much work for too little reward. So I set up a web page for consulting on what the gig was about and after the first gig I refer people to my site... Where I charge $30-50/hr. So far got one bite... and now have a steady 5-10hrs a month from one guy at $30 an hour... not bad!

I am not entirely sure that is right - I have seen many top sellers refer their buyers to additional out of fiverr services - seen those on resume checks, startup tips and etc. Many gigs are delivered over Skype- there's no way for fiverr to enforce anything there.

I myself sell about 1-2 gigs a week, however I do direct to an affiliate link within my text, gets a great 50% conversion rate!

I got there VERY quickly. I combined SEO with me self promoting my own gigs. Twice daily I rank the number 1 spot in Fiverr for "YouTube" for about an hour.

It's like any other platform. If you just fill out the info, click SUBMIT, walk away and then wonder weeks later where your pile of money is.... it won't work.

But if you spend a good hour on the gig, making a video for it, researching keyword phrases etc. and then after it goes up advertise the ever living CRAP out of it, you can get your gigs ranked on top (like I do)

Fiverr is like anything else in life first you need to take action and put your services on there and make sure it is something that is in demand. If it is in demand and you put the effort in i am sure you can make a reasonable income every month.

      What about earning FROM Fiverr?

Find someone with a good rep who does what you need done
eg FB Cover photos, mobile website creation

Find someone who needs a FB cover photo or mobile website.
      Sell it for $47, $97, $197, whatever.
Get it done for $5 and pocket the difference.

Oops - I've just revealed the "secret" in Zesh's last 5 WSOs (and probably his next 5 as well)

You end up working for like $1 an hour on fiverr + they take a huge 20% cut! and their customer support is so bad! Its like... once a site becomes successful their customer support starts to suck!

I've made about $120 in a week once, usually though a few orders a week, maybe $20. My advice is just to fill out all 20 gigs that you can (You are allowed to have 20), and then when you think of new ones, just replace the ones that are performing the worst. This way over time your 20 gigs slowly get better and better and the orders will come.

Fiverr has taken more money from me than I have ever made. I've lost hundreds. I had an account selling some neat stuff, tweets/likes/views/plr/etc, and when I started getting a bit popular one of my competition bought a gig from me then gave me bad reviews and reported me even though I did the same great job I always did and there was truely nothing wrong. Fiverr without warning and without question banned me and took all my money.

The competition on fiverr are heartless jerks that will try to get you banned.
The fiverr admins will permaban you without warning or even a chance of rebuttle at the flip of a dime if a big time user reports something.
The fiverr customer service is useless and will not help you with a thing, even tell you why you were banned. Their only line is "please referr to the TOS."

It's a system set up to be abused. If you've got a few thousands gigs under you then you're just about untouchable. If you're starting out you could be banned at a moments notice simply because your competition wants you gone.

Blueoak - I have had pretty much the same experience with Fiverr. Had some really good gigs up and made good money. Then one of the buyers gave me a bad review and reported me and woooops I was banned.

As you say, the fiverr support sucks. It is impossible to talk to them once you get banned. The only answer you get is "read the TOS". Lost a couple 100.

As a business model fiverr and fiverr type sites can be very lucrative. I am doing some gigs at other place now.

Internet marketing is huge on these sites. To find out what the hottest topics are I actually check the WSO part here att Warrior Forum. Once you find what's hot try to come up with a gig idea round it.

Important is that the actual service you are providing does not take more than max 5 minutes to execute.
Try to make the ad as good as possible and promote your gigs on social media and where ever you feel suitable.

Make sure you do a good job so you will get good reviews. A good way is to give bonuses or give more than what the gig says or the customer expects. With good reviews you will sell more and more.

With a good plan and some knowledge in sales/marketing you can easily make 100-200 per week.

If you going to check out fiverr alternatives, watch how much traffic they get, cause without traffic no customers. Find one with a lot of traffic and get started. Test different kinds of gigs and see what's working best and refine those.

There's a lot more to say about this but don't want to take up to much space here :-)

yeah at $5 a pop for your service...whatever it is....you'd have to do a ton of them to make any decent money. The ones that do well on their have upsells and automated software that does alot of the work for them.

I used a link building service that was obviously done via software....so once you automate the process you can them capture leads and upsell them on more expensive ticket items.

I have a friend who is using a very smart strategy for Fiverr. She has few trusted providers on Fiverr that provides good results for her websites. What she does, she takes up SEO clients for good money and outsource everything on Fiverr. The profit and spend margin is large. It is like 200$/client.

I mostly use it just to outsource some of my boring stuff.

Fiverr can be a great way to make money if your are selling a product that doesn't take up too much of your time. I've seen some people have 30+ orders a day. Thats a pretty impressive $150 from just one sales page.

So in other words if you provide a good product or service, make it more attractive then your competitors in a popular area then Fiverr can be pretty lucrative.

    Hope this helps

Fiverr's a great way to make some extra money, some of the guys who are making a living off of it are getting lots of orders everyday

                      Dario,

I have been wracking my brain trying to come up with things I will do. I love Fiverr. I find myself visiting the site on a regular basis just to check out the things that people are willing to actually pay money for. So, I know I can find something, I just have to make a decision about what that thing will be.

I had no idea that people were actually making money on Fiverr. As someone else mentioned, if it gets to a point where you're spending more time answering emails than doing work, your profits can dwindle. But thanks for the head's up, another avenue to explore.

I wish I could get 30 orders a day. That would be nice, but what I sell has limited appeal, even though I dominate the Fiverr front page search results for "plr ebooks".

I think very few earn well, most earn modestly.
Check the number of orders at the seller's page... I've seen great products, well-presented seller offers and still... 1-5 sales for months!

    5 $/order really isn't something highly profitable.
Certainly, you can get more gigs per order, multiple 5 $...

But even so, you'd have to struggle with multiple 5-10-20 $ orders... one by one... a lot of work and a bit "on edge".

    I'd prefer earning with sites.

I used to make about $140-200 per day, but deleted many of my gigs and slowed down quite a bit. Money was good, but all you get is about $3.90 per gig after all fees, etc. and it could get quite tiresome. Depending on how you value your time, a gig shouldn't take more than five minutes to complete (actual work, not software time) and what I found most challenging wasn't running the orders, but rather dealing with all the software updates, downtime, constant list building and re-building, etc. It looks like they made some good changes yesterday, which could allow sellers to earn quite a bit more, but I haven't looked to deep into that yet

I earn between $100 to $500 for the month. every gig is worth $5 in Fiverr. All of your gigs are sold for $5 but you only get $4 from it. Fiverr gets the $1 as payment for connecting you and your buyer. But you do not get the whole percentage of the $4 from your gig. You only get$3.92 because Paypal gets the $0.08. $3.92 looks very small but there are a lot of people who earn a lot on Fiverr.

$80-$90 and things change from busy to slow quite often so it is not a sure income. Still, my biggest complaint is that they make me wait 25 days to add my $3.92 per gig to my pay pal and that is too long for me. They allow you to add extras which is nice. However, they got rid of the HTML code that I would add to my web pages. Well, that was used to feature my gigs.

I quit Fiverr to sell on my own site. Fiverr is good when starting out - and good enough period if you are making a ton - but it has a couple of downsides that cost you in the long run:

1st downside being you can't add buyers to your subscriber list...and a "buyers list" is worth a lot.
2nd downside begin you can't even message your buyers about new gigs you have or someone will submit a spam complaint.
3rd downside is you are at the mercy of Fiverr moderators.

Some may figure out ways to get around these limitations, but I simply found it a risky venture after about a year.

    Control is a good thing!

I've been doing Fiverr for almost 2 years now, and it still brings in a nice amount of money each and every month. My best months from fiverr only have been near to five grands. I got to that point rather quickly to be honest. And it didnt take me a lot of time, because i learned how to automate it.

Its all about doing and following a method that works. Fiverr for example in my opinion is one of the best ways to start your online entrepreneurship if you dont have much money to spend.

After you have been doing this for a while and have some money saved up, you can move up to bigger things.

    Hi All,

I probably need to start my own thread but after my own personal case study and actually learning from the top fiverr seller (the dude makes like $500 a day - social media gigs),

I discovered that the secret to making money with fiverr is learning the culture of the site which is

    1. Clear explanation of what your service is
    2. Speedy delivery
    3. Offering work that doesn't take you but 2 minutes to deliver

You also NEED to complete all 20 gigs guys.

If you fill out all your gigs and just 1 person a day bought each one...that's $100 a day.

Now, I haven't completed all of mine yet, but I proved I could make $2000 in about 22 days...not bad.

Took me setup time to make my gigs and then delivery is a piece of cake.

i also managed to accomplish building a list of about 200 people (paid buyers mind you)

730 google plus followers and no end in site.

Fiverr is the perfect business training platform for bigger business.

    no hosting fees,
    Video marketing ready
    SEO and meta friendly
Remarketing and PPC built in fiverr promotes all over the web)
    80% commissions
Reviews and testimonials (very powerful tool if you learn how to leverage)
    Social Media promotional tools

I mean...guys its a sales platform that is fully ready to be harnessed.

That guy...the one I learned from...never been to warrior forum...he just had focus and determination.

Anyways, that's my contribution and hope it helps some of you consider the potential.

I regularly earn $30-$50 a day on Fiverr, and yesterday had $60 in orders come in. Most of my Gigs are writing Gigs and I have a system that allows me to get one done in 30 minutes or less. The $60 day I just had included one Gig where the buyer paid me $40.

The key to earning on Fiverr is performance and knowing how to market yourself. Getting to Level 2 as a Fiverr provider is essential, because then you can have Gig add-ons that make your Gigs worth $10, $20...$50 or more.

I have a WSO about this. It is not Rocket Science, but strategy and work.

Any of the big sellers should be using proprietary software. When you're dealing with hundreds of orders on a daily basis, you don't have time to worry about your software failing, licensing issues, or updates on websites that cause the software to stop working and you have to wait for the third party developers to fix it.

Just looked at my revenues for the month and I am looking at 2K again. I'm thinking of trying to add some more gigs that are easy to fulfill and also ones I can up-sell. Level 2 users have a great deal in offering bonuses, and that is where the real money can be made.

My goal for next month is to increase profits and decrease time spent doing the actual work. In other words, fast fulfilling gigs.

I don't bother too much and a steady $30 a day comes from Fiverr. I guess getting the first few clients was hard, once they see you bring in quality the orders start to pour in. And probably half of my buyers return every fortnight, which is important as well, to be able to retain the clients you get.

I am a level 2 seller on Fiverr and now am lucky to get 4 or 5 gigs a week.

I used to get 4 or 5 gigs a day, about a year ago.

I do not actively promote my gigs on Fiverr, so maybe that is the reason.

I also used to sell PR4 backlinks like hotcakes on Fiverr, but nobody wants them anymore...

It all depends on what you are offering and if you promote your gigs effectively.

First off, I have never used Fiver being a seller.. So I guess ill give my opinion. I have bought a lot of gigs off fiver, voice overs mainly. But searching through the site and looking at the gig history of sellers, i can't see how any seller would waste there time. There are plebty of ways to make money on the internet. In my opinion that looks like it is a grind just to make a couple bucks.

    Great site for buyers though!

How is that even worth the effort. A maximum of $1.50 for a 1000 words?

I can get $5 from Fiverr for 400 words and usually a lot more for my gig extras. Am I missing something with your promotion here?

I was making $1000-1500 per month on Fiverr last year (selling backlinks and backlink indexing) but it was a grind! The work itself was not difficult as it was all software generated but staying on top of orders and getting everything done in a timely manner was the issue. I could have made more putting up a website and doing upsells (great method to use) but the last thing I wanted to do was continue working in SEO.

I love Fiverr. It is an excellent advertisement medium for your work.

I am a member through more than a year and I have delivered hundreds of gigs.

But the interisting point is that many of my gigs delivered have encouraged satisfied buyers to order from me all or a part of their website or press release jobs.

And they pay the much more than the $5 per gig
