Does this plugin exist?
I am looking for a plugin that only stickies a post for the first time a person is on your site. So basically the first time a person comes to my site I want them to see the welcome to my site post at the top, but if they are returning visitor I want them to see the new posts and to unsticky the welcome post. Is there anything like this?
