    Yes:

    CloudFlare
    LiteSpeed

    Reduce the number of plugins
get rid of the social junk - it adds to load time. Use a linked icon.

That initial load wait is a classic sign of both an overloaded server & choked mySQL server.

    You might try

WebPagetest - Website Performance and Optimization Test

Insert your URL, select location and browser and in about 2 minutes you'll have a speed check, site report, and recommendations for improvement of various segments...all at no cost.

I use this all the time to help troubleshoot sites. It is also very helpful because you can actually choose your location to test, which a lot of testing tools don't surface readily.

The site loaded fast for me, around 2 seconds and I'm on a slow connection.

Perhaps the problem is fixed or there was a temporary server problem.

Remove all Scripts Codes from all pages, use only texts in content no videos and no images.

Your website will be loaded 400% faster than before...

I use the P3 Plugin Profiler (it's free) and will show you what plugins are slowing your site down. Can disable it after you've tweaked everything.

Get rid of all plugins that aren't necessary. Turn comment avatars off. Loading social network widgets will also slow it down significantly. Make sure images are optimized

Ditch wordpress and re-build the site using static html...simples!

You don't appear to be blogging to why use a cumbersome blogging platform?

There's hardly any images on the site to begin with? I think I counted...4 images, and all 4 of those are minute in size.

No...it's not fixed. I have a very quick connection. This site took nearly 10 seconds to load in Chrome.

Came up almost instantly in Firefox (no cache of site to speed things up).

    Same in IE.

Cleared Chrome.....popped up real quick this time.

The first time I accessed it there were two ads for Ally Bank showing. They were the last thing to load. All other attempts had different ads showing.

It might be an ad specific issue related to the widgets. Unusual, but possible.

Yes it's a strange one! I first tested in FF and it was fast, then in IE8, it was fast then Safari and it was a 10 second job, with the 2 Flash ads in the RH column (for Panadol at that time for me), taking forever. Opera was pretty fast, then Chrome took forever to load those same adverts.

I agree, it could be a widget problem.

Use P3 Plugin Profiler to check plugins and get rid of them. Also, make sure you are using less images as well.

Get rid of your extra plugins. Install W3 total cache and use parallel loading plugin. Also try WP minify for images
