Product Name as Domain with Amazon Associates

INTERNET MARKETING

Hello there,

I am an Amazon Associate and I found a product I want to sell; and the exact name of the product is available as a domain.

So...product.com

I believe I read somewhere that Amazon does not allow this...but I can't seem to find it now. Does anyone know?

If it's a trademark, they will suspend your account.

I just wouldn't risk it for other reasons than Amazon. The maker of the product might take issue with it and send a C&D letter. That will just ruin all the work you did on that domain.

As sbucciarel and Jabu said, be careful about doing this! If it's a trademark you'll probably just lose the domain.

  Exactly, you can tweak it to suite your product but not use the product exact name, you will get sued.
