Help with forced disclaimer check box and...

Hello -

I want to get and put a TOS box and disclaimer (which by the way I'll be looking up some sources on here as I've seen some good ones that are inexpensive) that someone is required to check before they can pay.

Here's my question - How can I do it with these circumstances? I am using wordpress and paypal.

I want to be able to only allow payment if they check the box of course. I have rudimentary skills in web stuff. The site is for my father-in-law. I put the copy together (don't laugh, I'm a newbie) and the "layout" of the site.

I have way more time than money, and he doesn't know anything of this stuff, so if it helps to look at the site it's sixweekstochange.com

Do I put the TOS on the initial page? Somewhere between there and PayPal? I know using the theme (free) doesn't look the best with a sales letter, but ignoring that any help about finding how, where, and what to do to make that a forced checked box would be great.

Thank you so much!

Nathan

    here's what I think may be a quick/easy solution:

when they click on your order button, instead of taking them to the purchase page, take them to a TOS page Then have 2 buttons:
    1) "I agree to these TOS" -> forward them to the checkout page
    2) "I do not agree" -> return them to the sales letter
