Paypal Business Account Integration Question

I recently got my Paypal business account and I am planning on integrating online payments into my offline marketing website.

I want to offer customers a core product (e.g. web design) followed by 3-5 optional extras (FB Fan Pages, Logo design etc) but I don't have a shopping cart.

I want the sale process to be as easy as possible and quick to get them through the funnel with ease but I'm not sure how I should set up the Paypal side of things.

Questions:

1 - Do I need a cart for someone to be able to click "Buy Now" for the core product and for them to then tick whichever combination of extras they want and then checkout in one transaction?
2 - If so what alternatives do I have? Can I maybe do this:

Opt1. Website (Buy Now Button)
Opt2. Website + Extra 1 (Buy Now Button)
Opt3. Website + Extra 2 (Buy Now Button)
Opt4. Website + Extra 3 (Buy Now Button)
Opt5. Website + Extra 1 & 2(Buy Now Button)
Opt6. Website + Extra 1 & 3(Buy Now Button)

etc

Seems kinda messy, is there a clever way to do what I'm trying to do?

    if you selling one product and have a thank you page redirected to your product than you can just create the button on Paypal.

    But if you have multiple products on one site then you will need a shopping cart.

    Or ideally you could bundle the products and hard code the Paypal payment button

    you would just create the 6 options you've listed above, as 6 shortcodes with the plugin
