Problems with Paypal reports?

I am running Paypal FInancial reports for August (Monthly Financial Summary), and there is now no option to download as CSV. Only XLS or PDF.

When I download the XLS, they are not opening properly in XLS as expected.

Have tried in different browsers and Excel as well as Calc.

Is anyone else experiencing this recently and come to a solution?

These reports are pretty essential for my monthly accounts!
