How to prevent others from using your email as spam?

I need some help here. I have been receiving a few failure delivery reports. I did not send those emails in the first place.
It appears as if BC6F3A1D@mydomain.com send an email promoting Viagra to the other party and it got sent back because the other party didn't exist. They could be hundreds or thousands that got through.
I am using google apps for my email. How did they do it? How to stop them?
