Does anyone know how to give an outsourcer access to a Google+ without giving them access to the attached gmail or Google Apps account?

Thanks in advance.

You can assign managers to pages, but not your actual account.

    https://plus.google.com/pages/manage

Hover your mouse over a page name/image, and a grey link titled Managers will appear.

Yup, this is not wrong. It's some sort like giving an admin role.

But I cannot do this for my actual G+ account, only pages?
