Hi.

Is it possible to redirect a url Like: "free-net-casino.com/norden/tag/oline-spil/" to "free-net-casino.com/norden/"

because the "tag link" is on front page on Big G with the Kw. "oline spil" and nobody want to see an almost empty website
#redirect #url
  • Yes, providing free-net-casino.com is your domain using a redirect page, using code as shown on html redirect

I believe it may be possible to achieve this using 301 redirect in the .htaccess.

When doing this, check out the directory where your scripts are located. There will be probably this file so if you will add the 301 redirect rule make sure it will not cause some conflicts with existing rules.

Do you have Cpanel Control? Extremely easy to do with Cpanel.

I have received some heat for saying this before however - '301' redirects are an indication (except for rebranding) of non management of a site. You know what the problem is and understanding that these redirects kill search rankings and thus traffic, other than short term traffic relief, why wouldn't you rebuild, re-seo and relaunch the page? Even using the same tags?
