Make sure the keyword is at the very start of the title, make sure you do not use any type of brackets or anything example: ] ) only break up the words with dashes - nothing else.

Mention the keyword in the description up to 4-5 times, don't add more than 4-5 tags either in the keywords box, keep the tags relevant and don't use non related tags also.

Videos rank very well when you get targeted traffic via your keyword to a video. I optimize each of my vids and send traffic based on the keyword I want to rank for. You can use backlinking methods to then rank in Google. I have done this with over 100 videos and all dominate the top results.

I have learned that youtube videos must be keyword dense to float to the top. Also think about other keywords people may be thinking of that pertains to your video niche. Sometime youtube videos can be very hard to rank if the keyword is competitive (just like seo).

I would suggest buying a nice Fiverr gig. There are many gigs that can help on giving you backlinks and better boost. Do you have any good backlinks?

It's a better idea to go to fiverr and find top rated seller who provide backlinks creation to boost your seo! Don't spend money on who knows of what kind of untargeted youtube views!

Share your video with your list via emails if you have a list, comment on related video which have a good rank, make people like, comment and vote on your video and then for sure your rank will increase. Of course all of that depend on the competition on your niche and the keywords you have choosen to rank for.

Basically, YouTube wants to see if people like your video to see if it is worth ranking it.

You need views, like, comments and subscribers that subscribe from this video.
You can use Vagex to do most of it, but keep in mind that if you are in a big niches you will need a lot of those. So, it might take you a while to rank the video to the top of your keyword phrase.

The best thing is to use Fiverr.com after the determination of keywords.
PS: Chose a "top-rated seller" to avoid any problem.

Here's my 2 cents and how I learned to rank videos.

First search your keyword.

Find popular videos with 5k plus views

Next right click view page source. Scroll down until you find meta name keywords(youtube hides this now)

Use the keywords other popular videos are using(TAGS).

For the title use it in the beginning and try to use a variation of it towards the end.

For description write a summary of what the video is about and sprinkle the keyword throughout as well as other keywords.

Put the URL of your video at the bottom of the description. News feed sites scape youtube and they can grab the link.

This will get you natural backlinks. I read this somewhere and I never actually verified it, but it works so I never question a good thing ; )

Now comment on your video yourself and use a few of the keywords in your comment.

Get backlinks to the video( a variety). I use backlinksgenie

Get a dummy blog on wordpress.com(non self hosted) and embed your video in a blog post every time you create one. Youtube loves seeing the video embeded on sites.


Thats about it. I have several youtube channels and this is how I do it. I don't mess with any of the blackhat stuff on increasing views because I don't want to chance my youtube channels with 100's of videos getting nuked.

Test out different methods. I've ranked videos with no description, long descriptions, major keyword stuffing, etc.....

I look whats on the first page of youtube results and look at every video and look for a pattern. If they all have long descriptions, short descriptions, keyword stuffing and look to see how they create their titles.

Mimic exactly what they do.

I also look for youtube channels with lots of vides with a ton of hits and comments. I learned by following people who do it right.


Another thing i've learned is work off volume. I never focus on just one video. I've spent months trying to rank one video by changing tags, titles, varying backlinks and some just won't rank.

It's kind of like some of the micro niche sites I used to do. This is why I follow whatever is on the first page for the major keyword I'm trying to rank for. Youtube obviously likes what they're doing so I don't question it.

Yeah you need to get views. More views you have your rankings will rise. But don't get them all of a sudden, increase it gradually and you'll be fine.

Buying youtube views is a good way to get your video noticed but you need to do more than that, as described by others in this thread

But Lets face it...Who will ever Approve a Video of a Competitor !I think this will not get You any Traffic and Increase Views..

Video responses aren't working anymore. When It was new I used to post one video response whenever there is celebrity thing going on and get thousands of views just in days.

"I will advertise Your Video to Millions for One Hour - GET FRESH REAL TRAFFIC TO YOUR OWN VIDEO ON YOUTUBE IN MINUTES"

After they purchase they just provide you some text and their Video YouTube URL
you add it to Annotations as a NOTE and attach the Link of their Video.

This would sell like candy on Fiverr...
Especially now when YouTube does not allow to post any Links in the comments or Video responses...

I'd recommend finding some of the best performing videos for your keyword and copying EXACTLY what they do from video content, title, tags, category etc. then getting free views to give it a boost from Fiverr or Vagex and sharing the video/submitting it everywhere that you can to build views and backlinks.

Submit your video on other video sharing websites to get noticed by the search engines. It will get you views and top rankings in search engines.

best is if you buy some view gig from fiverr and with that buy some manual commenting gig and some social bookmarking link to give it more social presence, it will defiantly help you to come on top even i am ranking on 1st for few highly competitive keyword which giving me almost $2k/month

Don't buy views...its so easy to tell which videos have fake views...just look at videos that have real views...they also have a ton of comments. I use to help a client out with this...all you have to do is get tube tool box. Buy 8 different accounts. Set it up on 8 computers...cheap ones. Hook em all up to one monitor and one mouse and share away...youll get amazing amounts of views very quickly

99% of all views that you buy online are fake views,and google(youtube) know if they are fake or not...

Absolutley buy some views - and comments - and add video responses! Do it all, the more views and comments you have, the more likely you are to get views, its a snowball effect.

Make sure your keywords are really optimized. The fastest way to get to the top is probably going to be paid traffic. However, make sure you where your steel-toed boots if you decide to dance with Google and their paid traffic. Hard to predict what they will do and when. All the best to you.

u can build some of the backlinks to ur video and very soon, ur video could appear in the top of google, if it is built in a correct way.
