Newbie asking questions on Banners Broker - Please Help ... Heard there are really good money there

I hope your day is going great.

I just stumbled on this Banners Broker site and would like to know how it works.

I heard that they are paying tons of $$$ per day for those who use them.

Firstly, I do not have any website of my own, I just have a few dollars that I can invest in.

So I have these questions to ask :-

1. Do I need my own website to earn money from Banners Brokers ?
2. If I do not, then how do I earn with without a website ?
3. Does anyone have any step-by-step training to do this ?
