Refund Issue...Can I ask Why?

Some People is asking for refund, just saying refund me..... It is really bad if I can not know why they are asking for refund. I need to know the reason.

Did anyone else faced this problem like mine? if so how did you manage this situation?

Anyway, I added a warning line at the begning of my WSO that says.....
WARNING: BEFORE BUYING THIS THEME BE SURE TO CHECK THE FEATURES THAT THIS THEME OFFER, WE ONLY WILL REFUND YOU IF IT DOES NOT DO WHAT IT SAYS HERE. ALSO WE WILL ASK YOU TO GIVE YOUR SERVER INFO FOR ANY DEVELOPER SUPPORT

Please advice if it is okay or not

    Some people are chronic refunders. You can give them a free trial before they buy and then don't give a money back guarantee. After all, they have their theme. Some people just want to get some freebies.

    Hi There

    You need to setup a refund policy, make sure you add it both on the WSO sales page, and any website that you might be using or sending the buyers to. You should ask that they offer a reasonable explanation as to why they are refunding.

    You can even ask them to show you exactly how much, if any they have actually done based on following the course.

    Asking for explanations is perfectly fine, as mentioned there are serial refunders on here.

    Thanks for your reply. I had only 2 refund among 52 sells. I do not mind to refund but I wanted to know why they are asking for refund so that I can improve my self for better user experience. Anyway I will add a refund policy within my WSO right way.

    As a web developer I can provide excellent post sells support that most of the WSO authors can not afford. I love my product and I want to make it bug free so I wanted to know the reason why people are asking for refund. It was my first online product before that I use to sell my service only

    Give them on Thank you page surprise with more free stuff. I can guarantee you, it will lower your refund at 8%, like in my case.

    Some people are serial refunders and refund because they are thieves. Others just like to go around and sample everything, refund and never use the stuff.

    You set your own refund policy. I don't have one, meaning that my policy is no refund but I decide on a case by case basis.

    I think telling people in the WSO in detail is very important. Have you checked that the things that you are offering people are properly given in your WSO? There are some people who always need refund. So its not a matter dude.
