OUCH! Not so good! I've never really used them - maybe I won't bother to try!

Try promoting something that's not illegal?

TheMovieDownloads.com seems to be the BIGGEST movie download site on the net. They are #2 on clickbank and are rated #2,600 on alexa!!!! (they are HUGE!)

All the other players seem to be new and have little or no traffic.. (you can see this in alexa.com)

I know that platinumpartner.com now moved TMD to yourclick.com instead of clickbank as they will be shutting down all p2p related traffic on april 9th.

Huge does not equate to being legal. Pirate bay is huge too.

I have not used the movie downloads and am not sure of their business model, but I guess there must be a reason for ClickBank to do so.

Many aff networks are open to P2P. Clickbank is likely dejecting to it because most of the time that traffic was led by being deceived.

For example downloading an episode of a TV show, then has some WMV embed saying "Must unlock this" yadda-yadda which ends up directing to a CB offer.

                  Thx all for the advice...cheers

      How is that PDC's problem?

Maybe the product you selected to promote is a poor converter, or the traffic you are sending to this particular product is not as targeted as you originally thought.

And the fact that you waited 15K hops to make 1 sale leads me to believe that you
should have changed the product you were promoting 14K hops ago

But poor product selection doesn't make any particular marketplace bad or worth not recommending.

I've seen several products in the PDC marketplace that convert very well, including my own

I promoted products in clickbank and not made any sales in the past. Does that mean I should not recommend CB to people as a good place to find products to promote?

There are just as many shit products in CBs marketplace as there are in PDC's.

You just have to separate the wheat from the chaff.

What Jason said- how in the world is that PDC's fault? They don't write the sales letters.

I pay commissions to PDC affiliates every month, and although I haven't checked, I doubt any of them are sending me 15,000 visitors for every sale they make. So obviously, people do make affiliate sales there, and the system does track the sales.
